Kawasan Falls is situated in Badian, Cebu about 11 kilometers south of Moalboal, Cebu. This is about 2 hours drive from Cebu City, depending on traffic and the time of day you are traveling. It is an excellent place to have a picnic lunch, explore the falls and go swimming.

You can hire a multicab van for the day. Self drive vans are currently available for hire on Mactan Island and Mandaue City for about P400 per day plus fuel.

You will need to be fit to undertake this tour. By fit we mean:

• Be able to walk up to two kilometers on fairly flat terrain to get to the lower falls and picnic area.

• Be able to climb more than 50 uneven stairs to get to the upper falls.

It would be possible but difficult for a wheelchair bound person to get to the lower falls.
